The 60,000 SF Class “A” building is composed of a traditional structural steel frame with concrete slab flooring, TPO roofing and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. The three-story structure has a concrete lined conventional brick and glass panel exterior with two interior passenger and gurney elevators and imported tile with ornamental lighting accenting the lobby. Scope of work included design assistance, complete shell building construction, lobby build-out.
